Ghosts: Time Travel Ghosts?

Readers, this was a strange tale if I ever read one! It’s longer than a blurb, but well worth taking some extra time.  Did the narrator encounter ghosts? Did he travel back in time?  So weird.  Read on for more here, from Your Ghost Stories: Time Travel Ghosts?

Ghosts: A Very Scary Doll

Readers, I’ve posted haunted doll tales before, but this one is a must-read. An excerpt from what appears to be an intriguing book, Haunted Objects: Stories of Ghosts on your Shelf by Christopher Balzano and Tim Weisberg, it’s one of the most vivid/aggressive possessed doll stories I’ve encountered.  See what you think, a must read, from Antique Trader, here: Very Haunted Doll

Ghosts: A Woodland Entity

Readers, here’s a strange tale of an active haunting associated with nearby woods. See what you think!  I noticed that the author owned a Newfoundland dog which became fearful when the being was present. As the author notes, these are very large dogs and they do not frighten easily (I know because I had one! Mine followed me everywhere, but refused to enter a very haunted room in our old house!).  Read on for more, from that great repository of the ghostly, Ghosts and Ghouls:  A Woodland Entity

Ghosts: The Haunting of Hill House and Threads to Reality

Readers, this is a fascinating article from Newsweek about the film/book The Haunting of Hill House, one of the scariest stories ever penned.  I always assumed the Shirley Jackson novel was sheer fiction, but it appears to have had some factual basis.  If you liked the book or film, do have a look at this intriguing essay, here: Hill House

Ghosts: Helpful Ghosts

Readers, couldn’t pass this one up. This writer says her household ghosts take care of business!  If you reflect, do you think it’s ghosts or maybe the writer’s own subconscious mind somehow manipulating her environment (telekinesis)?  Or?  Have a look, see what you think. I guess it’s hard for me to grasp that ghosts would care about household appliances, but that’s just moi.  From Su Terry on Quora, here: Helpful Ghosts
