Ghosts: The Ghostbuster Ruling

Readers, this is a great article about the famous New York ruling about disclosing hauntings.  The story about the house and its ghosts is interesting, as is the case. Enjoy this excellent piece from Graveyard Shift at Ranker, here:  Ghostbuster Case

  1. I believe that deaths of previous occupants should be told to buyers. When we house shopped, If I felt there was an issue, I would asked the realtor and she would tell me what she knew. But if I hadn’t asked, she wasn’t required to tell me anything. It’s quite unsettling. Thanks for the link. It was interesting to see how the NY law worked about haunted houses.
